Today we look back at an impressive historical project…
The park at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) in Greece occupies 85% of the site’s 21 hectares, being designed as open and accessible to all, enriching the lives of residents and visitors. The biodiverse garden includes over 16 species of trees and a further 161 species of shrubs, grasses, and bulbs, creating a colour palette that transforms with each month.
Securing the trees and ensuring their future health was vital, of the 800+ trees many were secured using the Platipus RF3P or RF4P Tree Anchoring Systems, promoting healthy root establishment without additional supports above ground impacting the aesthetic appearance of the park.
